INTERNATIONAL PROGRAM OF STATISTICS

Inspiring Experience

The International Program students are also exclusively supported by various facilities to make the most of their study experience. Students must enroll in the Bridging Program at the start of their studies to learn academic writing, reading, and presentation skills. Students’ language skills have been monitored since the first year of their enrollment by requiring them to participate in an English proficiency test, which will be held annually until the final year of their studies. Students are also expected to strive for continuous improvement and to attain a certain level of proficiency before graduating.

Students are given books and handouts from international publishers to supplement their learning resources. Besides that, visiting professors from top universities worldwide helps raise the global standard of the student’s learning experience.

In addition to introducing students to professionals and experts through guest speakers and other forums to inspire and prepare them to be future leaders, the department is launching a career mentoring program to help them prepare for their future careers.
