Requirements & Enrolment

Administrative Requirements
  1. Curriculum vitae and motivation letter (template)
  2. Email Addresses of Recommenders from 2 (two) people (Click Here)
  3. Study permit from superiors for those who are already working
  4. Scan of original diploma D4/S1
  5. Scan of original transcript D4/S1
  6. Official color passport photo 4 x 6
  7. Scan of English proficiency test certificate*
  8. Scan of academic ability test certificate*
  9. Proof of registration payment
Registration Flow
  1. Prospective registrants purchase forms at admisi.uii.ac.id
  2. For those who already have an NIU (Main Identification Number), please enter NIU & Password.
  3. For those who don’t have an NIU (Primary Identification Number), please select ” Create Account ” by preparing a scan file of KTP/SIM/KK identity card and official photo file, each file maximum 2MB, JPEG/JPG/PNG format. Then login using NIU & Password.
  4. Purchase a form by selecting the Buy Form menu ,
  5. Choose Education Level : Masters Masters . Selection Pattern: PMB Postgraduate
  6. and Choice Number of Study Programs: 1 choice . Then choose: Faculty of MIPA and Master of Statistics
  7. After completing the process, you will get a billing number that appears on the screen and will then be used to pay at the bank. Payment using a billing number through Bank Mandiri. Make sure to save the payment slip.
  8. Payments can be made via Teller, ATM, or Bank Mandiri Mobile Banking
